Refunds ^ cancellations

All registrations require full payment at the time of booking.

• Cancel more than 24 hours before your session → Full refund

• Cancel less than 24 hours before your session → Reschedule only (no refund)

• No-show / no notice → No refund or credit

PRIVATE EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to staffing and setup, private events are:

• Non-refundable within 72 hours of the event

• Fully refundable only if canceled more than 72 hours in advance
